Understand your skin. Build a personal care routine that grows with you.
KuickTech · Product group
We are KuickTech. An independently owned product group building and operating products in applied AI, finance and digital health.
We build where the decisions matter: how people manage money, look after their health and make sense of information.
Intelligence that earns its place in everyday products. From understanding an image to making complex information useful.
A clearer relationship with money. Consumer lending, personal finance and payments, with the responsibility those fields demand.
Products that fit the rhythm of daily life. Personal care, training and intentions, supported by thoughtful use of AI.
Each one sits in a different part of everyday life, and each is run by the team that built it.

Understand your skin. Build a personal care routine that grows with you.

Bring credit-card debt together into a fixed-rate loan and a clear path forward.

A clearer picture of your money, and what you can comfortably spend today.
Ask your product a question. Turn the answer into a better decision.

Train with purpose. Structured football programs and an AI coach by your side.

Give what matters a little attention, every day. Personal intentions with an AI coach.
We also build and operate products for partners in social technology, foodtech and pharmacy.
A network for saving recommendations and finding them again through the people you trust. Personalised discovery connects what people save with what they see next.
A connected experience for restaurant brands and their guests: ordering, delivery, pickup, table service, reservations and loyalty, with the tools to manage daily operations.
A pharmacy chain’s customer experience, from medicine search and live availability to reservations, pickup, loyalty and online pharmacist consultations.
Our hackathon with Margulan University brings students and recent graduates together to work on real AI problems. Ideas become prototypes. Some become products we build together.

SkinX / KuickHack 2025
In May 2025, a team from Astana IT University won KuickHack with a skin-analysis prototype. We helped take it to production. Its lead engineer now works on the product.
Our experience includes 200+ projects over ten years under WWDA, part of the KuickTech group. That work continues to inform the products and partnerships we build today.
Task.Rebuild a US lending platform while keeping the business running.
Solution.A phased transition, with lending operations, consent and disclosures designed into the core experience.
Result.A unified customer experience and an auditable foundation for continued growth.
Task.Make bank statements useful across different formats, scans and photos.
Solution.Document intelligence developed against a reference collection of statement formats, with consistent evaluation throughout.
Result.Reconciled, structured transactions that support financial analysis and reduce manual review.
Task.Help a US social product evolve beyond a tightly coupled system and manual releases.
Solution.Independent services, automated delivery and a personalised recommendation system.
Result.Reliable releases and personalised discovery in a product we continue to operate.
Intel, McAfee, M.Video, Moskvarium, ADV and the Eurasian Development Bank were delivered under the WWDA brand; Unilever, Shell and PepsiCo are engagements our founder led. Partner products this team operates under their own brands are described without names above.
We stay close to what we make. Owning and operating products shapes every engineering decision.
We evaluate models before release and verify their behaviour as part of everyday operation.
Services have clear ownership, so teams can evolve each part while keeping the whole coherent.
Repeatable delivery, controlled rollouts and automatic rollback keep changes manageable.
Consent, disclosures and personal-data rights are part of the experience in lending, health and payments.
Billing, tax and payments are reconciled across our international operations.
Isolated customer data, recorded operator actions and read-only access where possible.
Scale, latency and privacy guide where each part of a product runs.
Product analytics, error tracking and our own KuickPulse monitor keep us connected to live products.
We carry the same attention through the product experience and the support behind it.
Our internal tools support that work: KuickPulse for monitoring, KuickChat for support, KuickCICDMon for delivery, and agents for analytics and content. We also share public tools, including kuick.online, which reveals the digital footprint a website can see.
Across our products and client work, we build AI systems, data infrastructure and the engineering that keeps them observable and dependable.
Typed action workflows, schema-constrained outputs and explicit tool access. We orchestrate models with controlled fallbacks and connect agents to the context they need.
Semantic retrieval over domain knowledge, hybrid keyword and vector search, and event analytics. Data pipelines turn product activity into information people can act on.
Versioned prompts, custom evaluation harnesses and scenario-based acceptance checks. Model traces, application telemetry and infrastructure monitoring make failures easier to investigate.
Event streams, persistent job queues and transactional outboxes. Background workflows have explicit retry and recovery paths, beyond the lifetime of a single request.
Infrastructure as code, managed compute and stateful edge services. Reproducible environments and CI pipelines support the path from a reviewed change to a running service.
Scoped service permissions, managed secrets and encryption for sensitive data. Access boundaries and telemetry redaction are implemented in the application and infrastructure.
